This policy explains what personal data So On Advertising collects through soonadvertising.com, why, and what your rights are. We collect as little as possible.

Who we are

So On Advertising, a creative advertising agency in Limassol, Cyprus, is the data controller. You can reach us at info@soonadvertising.com.

What we collect

• Contact form. When you send us a message, we receive your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss a possible collaboration. The legal basis is your request to contact us and our legitimate interest in answering it (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Emails. If you email us directly, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to work with you.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the visit, to keep the site secure and working.

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for automated decision making.

Cookies and local storage

The site does not set tracking cookies. It uses your browser’s session storage only to remember that you have already seen the opening animation, and this disappears when you close the tab.

Who processes data for us

• Netlify hosts the website and receives the contact form submissions.
• Adobe Fonts delivers some of the typefaces used on the site. To do this, your browser connects to Adobe’s servers, which may receive your IP address.
• Wix provides our business email.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, they rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to respond and to work together, and for no longer than 24 months after our last communication, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Just email info@soonadvertising.com and we will reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
